Yes, the wait can be long, but the food is always worth it! I’ve been a regular at Thai Isaan for years and have never been disappointed.

I came here for lunch by recommendations from my coworkers. The owner greeted me with a friendly gesture when I walked in. I’ve tried several restaurants but Thai-Isaan is in a whole new level. Their Chicken Pad Thai is very flavourful. It’s a perfect combination of spicy and sour. Especially it’s not too oily. That’s exactly what I’m looking for. I tried their new fried chicken dish as well, and yes, it has to be a must try item because it’s so crunchy and delicious!!!!! I also overheard how the owner carefully gave instructions for TOGO dishes to another customer. I bet we all can see that she put tons of love and efforts to this place. Prices are absolutely affordable for good food and the services. I’ll definitely come back again!!

We just happened to stop here for a quick lunch and were warmly welcomed by the charming owner. When taking our order, she warned us the food is already spicy, so perhaps choose a medium and she'd add extra spices on the side - she was right! And it was a great suggestion! We tried the BBQ Pork Shewers and the Beef Pad Thai and both were delicious! The Pork skewers were a generous portion, grilled perfectly and were slathered with delicious herbs! SO tasty! The PAD Thai was very tasty, fresh and spicy and a large enough portion to share! There is plenty of parking available, and if you are a plant lover, you're in for some eye candy here! I was highly amused at the way the owner reserves her tables - she places plants all along the table! This restaurant has charmed us and we'll be back again!

Enora was a fantastic host and the food was delicious. Kudos to the chef. We had Pad Thai and the Basil vegetables. Great vegetarian selection. We will be back if we go Big Splash or Tsawwassen Mills.

I couldn’t believe my eyes when our aunt took us here for lunch! Given the quantity of flowers and plants on the floors, counters, and tables, I honestly thought we were walking into a floral shop! The service from beginning to end was fantastic! We didn’t wait too long for our food. We ate quickly when the food came out because of how delicious everything was - veggies, seafood, chicken, everything! Although the restaurant was packed with diners, everyone spoke so quietly amongst themselves that we also lowered our voices. It’s so rare nowadays to find a very busy restaurant that’s quiet. We loved this tranquility so much!

This is easily the best food in Tsawwassen and the serving sizes are massive! Yes, you may need to wait a little if you’re picking up (but it is more than worth it!)

I've noticed a lot of chatter about the wait times here, but let's be real: this is a small, family-owned gem serving up authentic, high-quality food — not fast food. During weekends and holidays, the lines can get wild (trust me, it’s worth it), but that’s because the food is just that good. If you're craving a delicious meal, plan to be patient. They’re juggling seated diners and takeout orders, which takes time, but the end result is more than worth it. People in Vancouver will happily wait for hours at “hot spot” brunch spots that don’t even come close to this level of quality. So, if you’re in the mood for a truly satisfying meal, embrace the wait — it's definitely worth it!
